Nursery Ministry ages: birth - 4 yrs., Class begins 10 minutes before Service

We strive to create an environment that is safe, clean, orderly, affirming and encouraging for all children.
Parents, please fill out the "Information Card" for each child, let us know if you have any special request.
1. Parent must fill out Information Card for every child attending Nursery.
2. Does your child have an allergy?
3. When was the last time your child ate?
4.Does your child have a nickname?
5. If your child/children are in any way disrupting or being unsafe class, we will call parent.
